We come together at this moment not just to meet, but to anchor ourselves in reflection, vision, and shared purpose. Over the past four years, we have navigated seasons of calm and storm alike.
Through it all, we have remained steady, charting new territory, correcting our course when needed, and always moving forward with grace and intention. What we’ve built is not a fleeting wave but a rising tide—one powered by resilience, shaped by service, and lifted by our commitment to one another. This weekend offers more than a schedule—it offers space. Space to breathe. To reflect. To reconnect. As you move through each session, I hope you f ind moments of clarity like light breaking across the water. May the conversations spark new currents of thought, and may the fellowship remind you that your work matters—that your presence strengthens the whole.
As I prepare to conclude my journey as the 13th State Director of South Carolina, I am filled with a deep and abiding gratitude. Serving this sisterhood has been one of the most meaningful voyages of my life. The lessons, the laughter, the long nights and bold leaps—each one a ripple in the legacy we’ve created together.
Thank you for walking beside me, for trusting me at the helm, and for believing in what we could build. May this gathering renew your spirit, refocus your purpose, and remind you that even in vast waters, we are never alone. Together, we are the wave—and we are the wind.

Registration includes admission to business meetings, social event, continental breakfast, awards luncheon, host night party, inspirational breakfast, workshops, vendors pass, and conference amenities.
Please note that Eventbrite will assess a Service Fee of (3.70% + $1.79) + Processing Fee (2.90%).
Example: Registration: $295.00, Service Fee ($3.70% + $1.79) = $12.71, Processing Fee (2.90%) = $8.92, Total: $316.63
There will be no on-site registration.
Registration Modifications:
Registration will close once capacity is reached or on January 15, 2026. Registration must be received by January 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via the refund link. To access the refund link, go to your registration confirmation email, click the orange button labeled View Current Order, sign into your account then click Cancel Order/ Request Refund.
Questions regarding refunds should be sent to Soror/Friend Elizabeth Hargrave, South Carolina Financial Secretary at sctamgram@gmail.com. Refund requests must be received by January 20, 2026. All refund requests must be approved by the South Carolina State Director. Service and processing fees will not be returned to the registrant. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. There will be no onsite refunds issued.

Policies:
Registration for the 2026 South Carolina Leadership Conference (SCLC) will be online/electronic. Each registrant is permitted only one registration submission.

Underage Drinking:

By registering for the 2026 SCLC, the registrant acknowledges and understands that it is unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to possess and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Registrant further acknowledges and understands that it is unlawful to aide, assist or permit a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to participate in these activities.
Photography & Video Release Authorization:

Photographs will be taken during the 2026 SCLC. Conferees attending the event are advised that their attendance grants all rights of permission for the organization’s use, including possible publication on the International, Regional, and State websites, social media pages, respective newsletters, etc.
Badge/Registration Material Pick-Up:
-
Pre-printed badge and registration materials will be held at the registration desk. Each registered attendee will be able to pick up ONLY their registration material during the posted registration hours. Attendees should be prepared to display their government issued photo identification to receive conference materials. Registrants should wear their conference badge throughout the entire event as the badge is needed to enter all conference meetings, workshops and events included in the registration fees.

Acknowledgements:
The registrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the State of South Carolina of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated for any claims, losses, liability, and/or damages caused by the registrant’s failure to adhere to the laws and policies related to underage drinking and/or gambling.

Registrant further acknowledges that failure to adhere to Federal, State, County and Municipal laws and/or policies shall be grounds for immediate dismissal from the conference, notwithstanding the payment of registration fees, which shall not be reimbursed.
